The content is as follows: your corporate bond that will be for qualified investors, non-publicly issued, and underwritten by Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. and Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. , with the total amount no more than RMB 3 billion, is in line with the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s (hereinafter referred to as "the Exchange") conditions of nominal quotation and transfer, and the Exchange thus has no objection to its nominal quotation and transfer.
