The merge and acquisition move is in accordance with the strategic planning of Smarter Energy and lays a solid foundation for Smarter Energy to exploit new market in the field of airport construction. Wang Zheng introduced the industry sectors of Smarter Energy and layout of the present capital market to the delegation led by Cheng Hao in detail.
