    On June 21, a delegation led by Zhu Xufeng, a member of Standing Committee of Yixing Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of Party Working Committee of and Director of the Management Committee of Yixing Environmental Protection Science and Technology Industry Park , Zhu Baoqiang , Deputy Director of Standing Committee of People’s Congress of Yixing, Deputy Secretary of Party Working Committee of Yixing Environmental Protection Science and Technology Industry Park and Secretary of Party Committee of Gaocheng Town arrived at and carried out an inspection to Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Far East Holding Group”). They were debriefed about the operation and production conditions of the company and listened to its needs, so as to help solve the practical problems of the company.

    Jiang Xipei, Founder, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of Party Committee of Far East Holding Group, said on the symposium that a sound external environment is a prerequisite for a company’s development, which not only includes the system bonus released by the central government to create better legal, policy, public opinion and business environment, but also includes the implementation of various policies of local governments. Today’s Yixing has developed a stronger awareness and atmosphere of development, which are manifested by the support to the city’s major projects, so we hope that we can seize the opportunity to surpass ourselves in this new wave of development.

    In this regard, Zhu Xufeng said that on June 20, the Conference of Deepening the Reform of the Administrative Approval System and Construction of Working Style and Efficiency of Organs was held in Yixing, in order to promote the “3550” Reform of the Administrative Approval System. The goal of “completing registration within 3 working days, obtaining the certificate of real estate ownership within 5 working days and getting the permit of industrial construction projects within 50 working days” should be achieved by the end of 2017, and efforts should be intensified to solve such problems as “long waiting for administrative approval, requirement for multiple stamps, too many intermediaries, different charges and complicated materials submission”.

    Jiang Xipei proposed that the aim of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. was to be a world-class enterprise, and hire first-class talents worldwide. But the current peripheral hard environment was not attractive enough to retain talents.

    Jiang Xipei suggested that “there should exist grand design and large program in Yixing.” For instance, the Central Floral and Wetland Park is located in the center of Yixing Environmental Protection Science and Technology Industry Park, and once completed, it will make the Gaocheng Town a production and city integration demonstration area. It will play a significant role in the construction of Yixing, and improve the city environment, industry taste and city taste.

    “Shoulder the heavy economic loads, and make contribution to the society”, Zhu Xufeng spoke highly of the previous performance of Far East Holding Group. He said that it was reasonably tough for large enterprises to develop. At the crucial stage of transformation and upgrading in Yixing, the large enterprises and big projects should accelerate development as well as maintain stability.
