1. Product overview:
Heat-resistant aluminum alloy stranded wire with carbon fiber composite core and high elongation rate is mainly used in extra high voltage energy-saving transmission lines and large crossing lines, and as a new wire, it is structurally stranded with carbon fiber composite core and heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire with high elongation rate concentrically. Carbon fiber composite core is used as the bearing core, which can greatly reduce its weight per unit length, and increase the ration of draw-weight of the wire; compared with the steel-core aluminium stranded wire with the same outer diameter, the power transmission capacity can be increased by 30%.

4. Product performance characteristics:
 (1) Large transmission capacity. In the case of fixed tower, the power transmission capacity can be increased by 30%;
(2) It is allowed to run at a high temperature. The long-time operating temperature is up to 150℃, 1.6 times 90℃ of conventional wires;
(3) Light weight and large ration of draw-weight. The wire has a small weight per unit length, the entire wire has a large tensile strength and the ration of draw-weight is up to 13.1, with obvious advantages in new lines, so the height and number of tower can be reduced and the overall investment in lines can also be decreased.
(4) Low arc sag. Heat-resistant aluminum alloy stranded wire with carbon fiber composite core and high elongation rate has significantly low sag characteristic compared with conventional steel-cored aluminum stranded wires, and its arc sag is less than 1/2 of steel-core aluminium stranded wire under the condition of high temperature, which can effectively reduce the insulating space corridor of overhead line and improves the running security and reliability of wires.
(5) Good corrosion resistance. Its useful life is better than common wires. Composite core rod is compatible with the environment, while avoiding the electrochemical corrosion between aluminium wire and galvanized steel wire when the conductor is powered on, thus effectively delaying the aging of the wire.
(6) Low line cost. Due to high tensile strength, small sag, light weight and other features of the heat-resistant aluminum alloy stranded wire with carbon fiber composite core and high elongation rate, it can increase the span between the rod and tower and reduce the height, and the line cost of wires with the same capacity is lower than that of ordinary wire.
