Jiang Xipei: A Right Direction is Vital to an Enterprise, No Matter How Long the Journey is

The 2018 Zhisland New Year Forum & Gala Dinner was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong on December 31. Two thousand Zhisland members gathered together in this session, to discuss the new era of entrepreneurs and give the most powerful voices representing Chinese business circles. Jiang Xipei, Founder, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of Party Committee of Far East Holding Group was invited to attend the session, accompanied by Sun Lu, an investor, Director and General Manager of Far East Trading Pay Network Co., Ltd., and Chen Ming, Assistant to Marketing Director of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Smarter Energy”; stock code: 600869) and Marketing Director of Far East Cable Co., Ltd., among others. Xu Haoran, an investor, Director of the Group, and Chairman of Jiangsu Brand Association, presided over the event.

On the morning of December 31, Jiang Xipei attended the sub-forum “Learning Strategic Layout and Forward-looking Vision from Big Shots of Top 500 Enterprises”, and delivered a speech on the stage. He said that nearly 40 years of reform and opening up, 5 years of progress with the past and into the future, as well as national development plans and strategies, have drawn a wonderful blueprint for all people, enabling China to maintain sustainable development in 10 years, 20 years or even longer period of time. This is an unprecedented period filled with development opportunities, and also has boosted the confidence of all government officials and entrepreneurs. To obtain development, an enterprise must adapt to such broad environment, and take customer acquisition as a foundation.

Jiang Xipei stressed that a right direction is vital to an enterprise, no matter how long the journey is. He considered that all enterprises need clear strategies, specific goals, refined management and proper talent utilization. Most importantly, entrepreneurs must have senses of responsibility and spirit of devotion, to make society know that they are a group of responsible and patriotic people. The original intention of starting a business is to earn money and support a family, but today the vast majority of entrepreneurs are concerned about the country and the people. We know that we should work hard to do a good job and make achievements in our own fields, contributing to the happy life of everyone.

In the ensuing round-table dialogue, when asked about his feelings about Hengqin Island and the possibility of developing in Hengqin for Far East, Jiang Xipei expressed his thoughts about Hengqin Island with "belated love”. He believed that Hengqin boasts infinite space, and emphasized that the Hengqin Island strategy is a national strategy, and we should always march forward in tune with the country and seize opportunities. He was sure that the entrepreneurs here will be able to develop their abilities to the full.

That afternoon, at the 2017 Zhisland Annual Award Ceremony, Jiang Xipei was awarded "2017 Zhisland Ambassador Award", and as an award presenter, he presented awards to the winners of “2017 Zhisland Golden Spark Award”, and expressed his congratulations and encouragement to the winners.

After the award ceremony, Jiang Xipei and Zhisland members were invited to visit the exhibition hall of Hengqin New Area. After carefully listening to the introduction of leaders from Hengqin Investment Promotion Bureau to the Hengqin programme, Jiang Xipei expressed the hope that Zhisland and Hengqin Island could further cooperate with each other and make contributions to the development of Hengqin.
