Optimize HR Management System to Promote Transformation and Upgrading

    On June 12, the Kick-off Meeting of “Morality & Performance Orientation” Human Resource Management Consultancy Project co-implemented by Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Adfaith Management Consulting Inc. was held in the meeting room of the 2nd floor of the New Far East. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Dongjiao, an investor, Chief Human Resources Officer of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Executive Headmaster of Far East University. Vice President Ye Wei of Adfaith Management Consulting Inc., responsible managers of local branch in Yixing, principals of the group HR department and all members of the project team attended the meeting.

    Zhou Dongjiao made an opening speech for the kick-off meeting, which included a detailed introduction of the root reasons and fruits of the cooperation between Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Adfaith Management Consulting Inc. She said that the Far East human resource management has been developed into a relatively mature system through over 30 years’ development and evolution. Along with the strategic transformation and the ever-increasing scale of the group, the collectivized HR management has turned out to be an important management system to ensure the effective operation of the enterprise. By aiming at the enhancement of the service capability of the collectivized HR management and the optimization of the HR value chain mechanism through external intellectual supports, this project is committed to evaluate the past, optimize the present and enrich the future.

    Vice President Ye Wei of Adfaith Management Consulting Inc. indicated that human resource has turned out to be the most transformational and innovative factor which is critical to the operation and development of enterprise in the 21st century. Human resource management has also been developed into one of the most important managerial functions of an enterprise. The “Morality & Performance Orientation” theory brought forth by Far East coincides with the frontier management theories of human resource management field. A set of HR management system which is complete, rigorous and scientific is essential to support the effective implementation of this theory. Therefore, the initiation of this project is just in time and necessary.

    Meng Xiangbo, the investor and HR Director of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd., gave a background introduction of the “Morality & Performance Orientation” Human Resource Management Consultancy Project. He also analyzed the existent problems of the collectivized HR management and proposed the deficiencies and his expectations. Xu Xintao, Project Manager of Adfaith Management Consulting Inc., narrated his understanding upon the “Morality & Performance Orientation” Project, and gave detailed introduction of planning, implementation, supervision and ending process of the project.

    At last, Zhou Dongjiao announced the name list of the Far East management team and implementation team for the project, and gave the following detailed requirements upon the smooth implementation of the project. On the one hand, all members of the project team shall do their best to push forward the progress of the project; on the other hand, responsible principals of related sectors shall provide all necessary assistances (including assistance in time, convenience, ideas and supervision) during the project implementation according to the whole picture of the company’s development. Zhou hoped that the HR management system could be optimized through full cooperation of all employees to promote the transformational upgrade of the enterprise.
