    On June 28, Wuxi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Organizational Department of the CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee, Wuxi Municipal Science & Technology Bureau, Economic and Information Commission of Wuxi, Wuxi Municipal Finance Bureau, Yixing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Organizational Department of the CPC Yixing Municipal Committee visited Far East and made a conversation about the application of Far East Holding Group for “Talents Introduction of Wuxi”. Zhou Dongjiao, an investor, a member of the Party Committee and Chief Human Resources Officer of Far East, Executive Principal of Far East University; Men Xiangbo, an investor, Director of Human Resources Department of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Smarter Energy", stock code: 600869); Zhang Hongjian, Associate Director of Human Resources Department; Zhang Yanyan, Director Assistant of Human Resources Department attended the reception.

    During the symposium, based on the viewpoint of “understanding human nature, caringpublic feeling and inspiring potential”, Zhou Dongjiao put forward the group’s talent management philosophy of “people oriented” and “character and productivity oriented”. She also shared the talent management experience since the foundation of Far East 32 years ago. Making herself as example, Zhou Dongjiao shared the group’s significant effect on her career planning and life development. Meanwhile, she listed some talent’s names and introduced the six standards when selecting talents. That is education background, experience, capability, connection, thinking and character.

    Men Xiangbo made a detailed report of the content of talent introduction to the participant and mainly introduced two things of talent management measures and achievements as well as status quo and objective of human resource management by itemizing reverent data and talent development cases.

    He pointed out that Far East was committed to implement specific work from five aspects. That is the cadre management, talent internationalizing, marketing personnel, human resource system optimization, and human resource function reorganization.

    When communicating, the participant leaders such as Dai Wei, Deputy Director of Wuxi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Gong Xin, Deputy Director of Talent Bureau of Organizational Department of the CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee made speeches. They greatly affirmed the group’s systemic and perfect talent introduction and management system and also put forward three suggestions. 1. They hoped that Far East can actively attend governmental talents selection. 2. They suggested that Far East should introduce more skilled talent so that they can seize industrial commanding heights and boost the group’s future development. 3. Front-line skilled talents should be focused to cultivate by establishing a development platform helping them to grow gradually.

    It is reported that the application is to answer the spirit of Ideas on the Implementation of “Taihu Talent Planning” to Create a New Highland of Modern Industry Development proposed by the CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee and Wuxi Municipal People's Government.
