Jiang Xipei Attended "2016 Dacheng Private Enterprise Leaders’ Salon"

Zhou Haijiang, Party Committee Secretary of JuneYao Group Wang Junhao, Chairman of Holley Group Wang Licheng, Vice Chairman of Fosun Group Liang Xinjun and other leader officials as well as outstanding entrepreneur representatives, who gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions around "internationalization road for Chinese enterprises”.

Huang Mengfu presided over the meeting

The Chairman Huang Mengfu presided over the meeting and made a conclusive speech. He believes it is imperative for Chinese enterprises to "go abroad", in line with the national strategy and the strong demand of the enterprises as well. To achieve a "China Dream", the country will support domestic enterprises to invest in overseas for sure, through launching the measures relating to help enterprises’ overseas investment, and effective management, to make Chinese enterprises form an organized force abroad. He encouraged the enterprises to reinforce their confidence, learn from each other, and build a broad road leading to internationalization, making own contribution to the revival of the Chinese nation.

In the context of "the One Belt One Road” as a national strategy, "going abroad" has become a promising path for Chinese private enterprises to serve the country. Also, Chinese enterprises’ taking an internationalization road represents a general trend over recent years, with their overseas investment experiencing an explosive growth. In the Sharon meeting, all representatives talked about their thinking from adaptation to the investee countries' laws and regulations to cultural integration, and shared the ideas and experiences associated with industrial development and new technology.

Jiang Xipei made a speech

In his speech, Jiang Xipei shared Far East’s experiences in the restructuring and development as well as internationalization as the following: first, adhere to the "main business + investment" development strategy, and determine the development direction as "a global investment management expert, and a smarter energy expert"; second, adhere to the philosophy of " On the basis of both good morals and excellent academic performance”, where merit excellence is a “people-oriented" sublimation, as enterprises would be difficult to grow without any " good morals" and "performance"; third, adhere to a combination of both endogenous development and extension, expanding the smarter energy industrial base on one hand while focusing on the top three enterprises in the industry or the enterprises ranking No.1 and No.2 inthe market segments, and optimizing the main business structure as well as improve the industry chain through mergers and acquisitions; fourth, insist on domestic and international markets integration, and actively explore the international markets by basing on the domestic market; fifth, adhere to the Internet, and the Internet of Things + Marketing model, and actively create Trading Pay, a global electrical and electronic vertical e-business platform, and Far East Material Trading Center, a spot market trading platform with globally regional and industrial chain sharing; sixth, adhere to hold the bottom line and do the business according to capability, able to withstand temptation, keep commitment, and develop steadily, to allow the enterprises to do the business bigger and stronger; seventh, work together to create a legalized market economic ecosystem, and improve quality and efficiency. It is suggested that the relevant governmental departments and agencies improve the tendering and bidding mechanism to promote a sustainable economic and social development.
