-Annual Meeting 2016 & Prize-giving Grand Ceremony 2015 for Annual Characters of Far East Holding Group ended gorgeously

From Feb. 16 to Feb. 17, Annual Meeting 2016 & Prize-giving Grand Ceremony 2015 for Annual Characters of Far East Holding Group were held in Yixing solemnly. The middle and senior managers of the group and subsidiary corporations, advanced representatives and so on, over 1000 people in total, participated in the annual grand meeting, summarized the past performances and deficiencies, and planed the strategy and development in the coming year.

In the training lasting for one day, through learning courses such as “Global Top 500 Performance Management Philosophy”, “Transformation of Leadership” and “Outstanding Marketing Team Management”, all middle and senior managers and marketing managers of group accumulated strength in rethink, sought method in learning, cleared up doubt and confusion in discussion and sharing, and transformed the strategy and vision of company into the objectives to stimulate every enterprise, every department and every employee.

On the morning of Feb. 17, general managers of all subsidiary corporations made Annual Work Report 2016, summarized annual work in 2015 and neatened annual working program in 2016. Soon afterwards, several workers’ representatives with excellent performance, with model worker elites fighting bravely in marketing line, technical experts taking root in production line, and excellent models defending in management level among them, started from posts of their own, shared excellent experience, and talked their perception freely.

In the afternoon, the Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Far East Holding Group Jiang Xipei made the report To Agglomerate Mental Efforts and Strength to Promote Development & Innovate and Create Excellence to Create Future. He indicated in the report that, Chinese economy was still in transformation and upgrading at present still with downward pressure, but Far East kept increasing well in 2015.

Looking back the period from 2011 to 2015, it was the 5 years to make development smooth and steady, the 5 years to transform development, the 5 years of comprehensive governance, the 5 years of cultural identity, as well as the 5 years to promote the optimization of industrial competition environment. In prospect of the period from 2016 to 2020, “merger & acquisition and integration, risk prevention and control, efficiency upgrading” and so on become core keywords. Jiang Xipei indicated that, Far East was in the important opportunity period of strategic development. He hoped all Far East members would have more opportunities to learn, more opportunities to create, opportunities to perform and more opportunities to harvest in the future. The future road is still very long. Let’s make joint efforts, agglomerate mental efforts and strength, innovate and create excellence, and compose chapter of new victory together.

It's worth mentioning that, programs of this annual meeting were selected through the cultural activity of enterprise- “I wish to perform in annual meeting” innovatively, which not only included those programs recommended and selected from the group and subsidiary corporations in Yixing region, but also included those programs from subsidiary corporations not in Yixing region such as Anhui Cable and SEMEUREKA. After watching that everyone performed like a professional actor with all feelings, representatives present at the meeting were full of praise.

As the first show program, the dance Jasmine Flower with voluntary rehearsal by employees from Anhui Cable, graceful and mellow, performed the polychrome beautiful scenery of regions south of the Yangtze River. The programs in the whole activity were unusually brilliant. The gesture language dance March Forward Courageously was brought from a physically challenged employee of Far East who took root in production line. They released the energy to advance bravely with full mental state, added tender feelings and strengths to the annual meeting, and won cheers of the whole audience. And the Cheongsam show matched with poetry recitation You are Woman, but You shall Forget that You are Woman, became another scenery line in annual meeting. Representatives of the middle and senior female managers of group and subsidiary corporations performed a delicate and brilliant cheongsam show. With elegant and graceful figure and versatile performance, “beautiful women” stood on the branch like mangnolia, pushing the on-spot atmosphere of annual meeting to a new high.
