To Strengthen System Propaganda and Implementation and Consolidate Management Basis

-The first system propaganda and implementation meeting 2016 of Far East Holding Group began

In order to let vast staffs fully understand company policy, guarantee the effective implementation of system, on Jan. 25, the first system propaganda and implementation meeting 2016 began to be held in Harmonious School of Far East University. Director of Group, Secretary of Board of Directors Jiang Chengzhi, Assistant President and CAO of Far East Holding Group Zhou Dongjiao made system propaganda and implementation. All staffs of headquarter of Far East Holding Group and staffs of the related department of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd (Far East Smarter Energy for short with stock code 600869) attended the meeting to study, and propaganda and implementation meeting was presided over by Zhou Dongjiao.

Zhou Dongjiao indicated in propaganda and implementation meeting that, the system was the top-level design of a company, which reflected corporation's strategic thought, management philosophy, operation measures and so on, and was related to every employee’s actual interest, so we could carry out system well really only when we understood the system well. She called upon staffs to research and study it word for word, sentence for sentence and item by item, and understand system essence. Soon afterwards, two leaders combined actual cases, carried out deep and careful interpretation to Salary System, Promotion System for Leader, Evaluation and Employment System of Title and Rank and so on around aspects such as the background and core content of amendment of system.

This propaganda and implementation activity made staffs be aware of the significance of institutional improvement construction fully, deepened employees’ understanding to system, enhanced learning system for staffs, as well as consciousness to abide by system and carry out system, intensified employees’ awareness to handle affairs according to laws and rules, and thus further consolidated the management basis of group, effectively promoted the operating management working of group to reach a new stage in 2016!

According to what we knew, this activity would last for a week, and would be carried out inside the headquarter of group, all departments of Far East Smarter Energy and Far East Real Estate successively, involving daily management, technology research and development, employee's salary and welfare and other aspects. Upon systematic amendment, all systems further attached to the development reality of group, reflecting the scientization, normalization, standardization of system.
