Jiangsu Worker News Office and Jiangsu & Yixing Federation of Trade Unions leaders Visited Far East

    In the afternoon of December 10, Fan Zonglin, the president and chief editor of Jiangsu Worker Newspaper Office, Zhu Jianmin, the vice director of enterprise union of province and ministry, of Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions, Zhou Yading, and the Party Secretary of Yixing Federation of Trade Unions visited and guided Far East, and were received by Zhou Dongjiao, the assistant president and CAO of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd, and Executive Headmaster of Far East University, and Kong Qunling, the of Principal of regiment headquarters party members, workers and masses.

    In the forum, Zhou Dongjiao made a topic sharing of ‘innovate the connotation of trade union and create harmonious and flexible Far East’ for the leaders, and introduced the profiles of Far East and the harmonious and flexible culture with distinct characteristics. Zhou Dongjiao further specially proposed the six principles (educational level, experience, ability, communication level, thinking capacity and moral quality) of Far East on talents selection, and explained the connotation of bills, houses, positions, ladders, inside and outside in Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Then, Zhou Dongjiao made a special report on the development of Far East’s trade union work.

    Fan Zonglin affirmed the development achievements of Far East, and highly praised the achievements in terms of enterprise cultural development and trade union work of Far East. He proposed that Far East shows a harmonious and flexible atmosphere and charm everywhere, and efficient and dedicated working state of Far East’s employees impressed him. He hoped that Far East’s advanced philosophy, culture and style can be more widely spread through platforms, such as Jiangsu Worker News Office, Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions and the like.
